How do I make an Comet Tees account?
If you are using a desktop computer or tablet…scroll to the top of any page on comettees.com, and click the User icon in the right corner. From there, enter your email address and press the Register button. Then just check your inbox for an email to activate your new account. Welcome aboard!
If you are using a mobile device…press the Hamburger (those 3 horizontal lines) in the upper left corner. Then choose the Login/Register option at the bottom of the menu. From there, enter your email address and press the Register button. Then just check your inbox for an email to activate your new account. Welcome aboard!
How do I subscribe to the Comet Tees newsletter?
It sounds like you might want to be the first to know about upcoming sales, new releases, coupon codes, and other fun things happening at Comet Tees. If so, scroll to the bottom of any page on comettees.com and join the squadron by entering your email address and clicking the “Sign Up” button.

How do I unsubscribe from the Comet Tees newsletter?
We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you must…you would need to travel to our nearest Help Station located on the dark side of the Earth’s only moon.
If for any reason you are unable to travel there, then you can also scroll to the bottom of any of our emails, and click the unsubscribe hyperlink. That will bring up a webpage where you can confirm the breakup. The process can take up to 1-2 days. Hey, where's my e-mail?

How do I delete a Comet Tees account?
Well, you could inadvertently cause Mercury to go into retrograde, but it’s your data and we respect that! If you want us to delete your account and associated data, please reach out to us via our Contact page or by emailing us at [email protected].

Fit and Sizing
How do your clothes fit?
We put a shirt on a giraffe once and it went horribly wrong, so this is a great question.
While fits vary depending on style, much of our clothing features a relaxed, athletic cut.
Typically our gear runs true to size, and some shrinkage is common. Space is cold, so cold.
For more information on sizing, check out the size guides on each product. Those are featured above the color selection on each individual product page as a popup.
Please note that sizes are approximate. Measure your chest at the fullest point under your arms.
Are your items pre-shrunk?
Our items are not pre-shrunk unless otherwise specified. Please note that items that are not marked “pre-washed” or “pre-shrunk” tend to shrink about a half size when washed and dried with high heat. To ensure the long life of your Comet Tees gear, follow all washing and drying instructions carefully.
Washing and drying instructions are located on a tag inside your item.
I hail from Planet Zandevian and my family members have multiple torsos. How many Tees should I buy?
Please use this formula: (# of Zandevians) X (# of Torsos) = (# of Tees to purchase)
Ordering
Where do I enter a coupon code?
Gosh, coupon codes are right up there with Moon Pies as some of our most favorite things!
Our coupon codes are applied in the Shopping Cart. Enter the code in the box underneath the products and press the big “Apply coupon” button. By the magic of the Universe, your order will be discounted!
Please note, in general coupon codes cannot be combined with ongoing sales. Additionally, only one coupon code can be used per order. If you experience any trouble with a coupon code, ensure the code is still active, is valid on the items in your cart, and you have entered it exactly as it appears. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to one of our crew via email at [email protected] or our Contact page, and we’ll get to the bottom of it!
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, contact one of our crew as soon as you can via email at [email protected] or using our Contact page. Depending where it falls in the queue, we can cancel your order, no worries. In the event your order has already been produced, packaged, or shipped, you will need to complete a return request, which is super easy and can be started here.

Returns and Exchanges
How do I request a return or exchange?
We’re sad to hear your purchase didn’t work out. The good news is that if you are within 45 days of your original purchase date and haven’t washed or worn the item, you can return the item for a full refund. Please go ahead and start a return request here.
We’ll respond back within 1-2 Earth days with more information on how to proceed.
If your return request is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label for you to ship the item back to us. Once we receive and approve the item, we will credit your original payment method within 1-2 days.
Exchanges work similar to returns. You return the item via our pre-paid shipping label and we’ll credit your original payment method. A new order can be made for the other item at any time. We can help you with that process if needed.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Ugh, epic fail! We try our best, but the Universe is ultimately unpredictable. If something bad happens to your gear, we’ll be super sorry, but also super eager to make things right. Please reach out to one of our crew via our Contact page or by emailing us at [email protected].
How do I get a free return shipping label?
You can get a prepaid return shipping label once you start the returns process.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We are currently supporting delivery to the planet Earth which is located in the Milky Way galaxy. Land on Earth is divided into countries and we deliver anywhere in the United States of America. We plan to assess other countries in the future, so please let us know if you are in a country outside the range of our current capabilities.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. Our Earth-based operations are based in the United States and we are currently not able to accept orders shipping outside of the United States.
Do you ship to US military addresses?
Yes sir or ma’am! We absolutely ship to both APO and FPO addresses.
If you’re a member of the armed services or a veteran, please feel free to reach out to us to receive your well earned military discount!
When will my order ship?
In normal circumstances, orders are produced and shipped out from US based facilities in 1-2 days. Orders placed during high volume sales or promotions may take longer to process.
Orders using Economy shipping typically arrive 4-8 business days after leaving the distribution centers.
Orders using Standard shipping typically arrive 2-5 business days after leaving the distribution centers.
Orders using Express shipping typically arrive 2-3 business days after leaving the distribution centers.
* Be sure to check your cart carefully, as Economy and Express shipping is only available on certain products.
How fast is the Earth moving around the Sun?
Earth’s orbital speed around the sun is roughly 67,000 MPH. So yeah, you’re hurling through space at a nice clip. Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you are not moving fast enough!
